Exhibitors: 05-07 June 2012:  9.00 a.m. till the security check (06.30 p.m.)

Visitors: 05-07 June 2012:  10.00 a.m. till 06.00 p.m.

Exhibitor & visitor registration:

05 June - 9.00 a.m. till 06.00 p.m. 

06 June — 8.00 a.m. till 08.00 p.m.

Where: Hall №1, registration desk

 During registration at the venue, the representative of exhibitor presents:

         1. Letter of attorney regarding the right to sign financial documents and order any additional equipment

         2. Payment order (original copy) of the contract on participation, if paid late (the original will be returned to the exhibitor)

         3. The list of imported equipment (2 copies)

All construction and dismantling works executed in other dates and time than stated above, can be done only with a written permission of the organizer and additional payment:  

- construction works after 06.00 p.m. – 3000 rubles per hour, VAT included.

- construction works prior 2 days of an official construction period:

1 day – 50000 rubles, VAT included

2 day – 20000 rubles, VAT included

Information for stand constructors, engaged by exhibitors:

Prior to the start of a stand construction, the company-constructor should be registered at the venue by sending a signed and stamped application forms (2 copies). The organizer examines application forms within 3 days. The registration fee is 550 rubles per m2.

 NO entry for all vehicles to the territory of the venue on June, 05 !

Vehicles entry, loading and unloading:

Vehicles entry passes can be obtained at the exhibitor’s registration desk (Hall №1). Vehicles entrance are gates №1 and №2 (Sovnarkomovskaya Street, 13). In case of necessary loading or unloading works, the application form should be send up more than one week prior to the date of entry.

 All stand construction works must be finished by  08.00 p.m. on June, 04 !

Please, pay your attention:  if the stand space is not occupied by 9.00 a.m. June, 05, it is considered to be free and can be  used at the organizer’s discretion.

Exposition security:

The exhibitor is responsible for the stand exposition since 9.00 a.m. till the security check (06.30 p.m.). The stand expositions are fully secured during the night time (until the security check at 9.00 a.m. next day) from 02 — 07 June. Daily the outdoor expositions are secured under the formal note, indoor expositions are secured in a duly appointed order.
