On the 1st of July, 2009 an Agreement on organization and holding of Busworld Russia exhibition of buses and coaches in Nizhny Novgorod was signed between Busworld International Ltd, All-Russia JSC Nizhegorodskaya Yarmarka and International Road Transport Union (IRU) in presence of Mr. Valeriy Shantsev, Nizhny Novgorod Region Governor, Mr. Vincent Van Quickenborne, Belgium Minister of Economics and Mr. Paul Breyne, Governor of West Flanders Province.
